Service Description

This is an introductory class on the global phenomenon that we are experiencing as a collective -trauma. Topics of this session include: What trauma really is (and what it is not); The primary impacts of trauma; Looking through the lens of early childhood development; Why unprocessed emotional trauma has stored potential; Passed down familial dysfunction and epigenetics; Relational integration & self-efficacy as the pathway to healing; Retrospective healing of trauma for freedom & alignment.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled within one week are non transferrable. Due to limited space, all in person workshops and sessions are non-refundable and are not transferable.
